PAYMENTS & RETURNS
Sricomforts.com is presently accepting payments only through Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net banking only. As and when other methods will be incorporated, the same would be updated here as well. Your Credit/Debit card information remains private and confidential.
We accept all VISA & Master Cards– only Indian cards, as international cards may not be supported. You will have to enter your 16-digit Credit/Debit card number and the 3-digit CVV (Card Verification Value) code which is at the back of your card and complete the payment.
With a view of making Online shopping safer, the Reserve Bank of India has made it mandatory, from 1st August 2010 onwards, for all transactions to have an extra level of authentication. The “extra level” is a password which you will have to enter after entering your Credit Card/ Debit Card details while making an online payment. This technology is called Verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code). You will have to log onto your bank’s website for registration and each bank has its own process for registration.
CASH ON DELIVERY (C.O.D)
Sricomforts.com presently not offering any cash on delivery payment option for any orders. The same would be updated as and when we make changes in this policy.
All offer prices on Sricomforts.com are inclusive of taxes, there are no hidden charges whatsoever. You must only pay the offer price that you see on our product page next to the specific product image. In some cases, or location, you will have to pay shipping charges, which will be mentioned on your screen while you place the order, before making final payment.
After placing your valued order and making the payment, we would not be able to make any changes in the same. Also combining or adding orders once they have been placed would not be possible. Post shipment of your products, orders cannot be cancelled at all. In the event of a non-delivery occurring due your mistake (wrong name, address or any other wrong information), Sricomforts.com would incur an extra cost for redelivery and the same would be claimed from you.
Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Sricomforts.com provides FREE Delivery in most of the locations for all products sold on Sricomforts.com to your beneficiary address within Gujarat State limits only. (Kindly check Pin Code for Delivery Serviceable Area).
However, in some products, cases or locations, you may have to pay additional shipping charge. The same is mentioned at the time of booking the order and entering the pin code, before proceeding for final payment.
Delivery time would be minimum 7 business days( excluding Sundays & Public Holidays ) from the day your order booking and payment is completed on Sricomforts.com. There may be delay in the delivery is due to stock unavailability or some technical issues that will not considered in the shipment date/days. The day of booking your order & making payment is taken as day 0.
INSTALLATION & DEMO
Demonstration is provided by Sri Comforts and Daikin is provided on certain products only, in case of further clarifications, we would request to contact us on 040 2700 1342 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to clarify on the same.
After delivery/receipt of product, the demonstration, if applicable, would happen after minimum 4 business days. However, in some remote location it may take more time then 4 business days. Only the first demonstration would be on a complimentary basis.
Installation is provided by the manufacturing company’s authorized service centre/franchisee only.
For Split A/C, standard installation charges will apply; payable by the consumer directly to the company’s authorized service centre /franchisee.
Inclusions in scope of work for Split A/c installation: – Installation of Indoor and Outdoor units, Interconnecting Indoor and Outdoor unit with piping.
Exclusions in scope of work for Split A/c Installation:- All masonry work, Supply and Installation of main power phase, electrical work, Leak testing if piping is already done by the consumer, no drilling holes in any of the pillars, dismantling charges if earlier Split A/c is present.
For other products, standard installation will be provided as per companies norms and is complimentary. After delivery/receipt of product, the installation would happen after minimum 7 business days. We would request you to kindly contact us on the above mentioned contact details for any assistance required.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Sricomforts.com makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specification and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. In case of any discrepancies, kindly bring it to our notice before accepting delivery by calling us on 040 2700 1342 or email us on email@example.com. After acceptance of delivery of the product, Sricomforts.com will not entertain any returns or refund request.
As by default our payment mode of the order is Online (UPI, Credit/Debit Card OR Net Banking), if customer will be cancelled/returned his/her order, then 5% of the order amount will be deducted from the refunding amount.
Refund will be done within 10-15 working days from the date of request of refund.
For any product/service available on sale on Sricomforts.com, the company does not assume any liability. Sricomforts.com is only in the business of providing products/services from manufacturers to customers at the destination of their choice in India.
At the time of receipt of products, customer shall check to ensure that product is in proper condition to his / her satisfaction and sign on delivery chalan as his / her acceptance of the product.
However considering our esteemed customer interest we are bound to exchange the product or refund the amount in following conditions:
- Any damage discovered at the stage of inspection by the customer when it is unpacked by the delivery associate during the delivery, the damaged product would be entitled for immediate replacement within next 15 days.
- If a product purchased malfunctions at the time of demo / installation, it will be treated as “ Dead – On – Arrival “and the product will be entitled for replacement as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
- No request for exchange of product will be entertained subsequent to the customer or his/her representative signing the document ( delivery chalan ) acknowledging the receipt of the product to his/her satisfaction. In case of defects noticed by customer thereafter , such defects will be serviced by Manufacturer’s service centre as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
- In case of any physical damage found at the time of delivery or in case of technical defect found during installation of the product, and manufacturer approves exchange of product, the product should be returned in saleable condition with original packing.
- Invoice Copy / Delivery Chalan / Payment proof in original will be required to be submitted at the time of such request.
- The credit note issued in case where replacement product is not available , the credit note can be used for purchase of any product within the stipulated validity period and cannot be refunded in cash or otherwise.
- No return of any product purchased under a promotional scheme or discount or where invoice specifically mentions “ no replacement “.
- We reserve the right to request the customer for identification.
Once the order is booked & online payment is completed, Sricomforts.com will endeavor to deliver your product in the stipulated delivery time to your beneficiary address.
Sricomforts.com will not allow for Cancellation of Shipment for any reason. So, we request our dear customers accordingly to confirm the purchase first and then book at Sricomforts.com
